What is ChartViews AI?

ChartViews AI turns a screenshot of any chart into a structured report: market overview, trend bias, key levels, a trade scenario with entry, stop and targets, risk notes and a confidence score. It is an educational tool. A report is an idea to study, not financial advice, and nobody can promise a result. How do I run my first analysis?

Create a free account, open Analyze, upload a screenshot of one market with the price scale visible, check the symbol and timeframe, and press Analyze. Your first 3 analyses are free and need no card. A report usually arrives within a minute. Clean charts give better reports: one market, your trading timeframe, no overlapping drawings that hide the candles.

How do I read an analysis report?

Every report has the same eight modules, from the market overview to risk management and a confidence score. The trade scenario names an entry zone, a stop loss (the level where the idea is wrong) and up to three take-profit targets. The entry is meant as a limit order: the idea only counts as taken if price trades through the entry. The confidence score describes how clean the setup looks to the model. It is not a probability of winning. A scenario that says wait or no trade is a valid result. It is never turned into a trade.

What are the automatic ChartViews signals?

An automatic account creates at most one setup every three hours (at 00, 03, 06 ... 21 UTC) for instruments whose market is open. Setups that do not meet basic quality checks, or that the model answers with wait, are dropped, so some slots stay empty. Each setup is tracked by a monitor: it becomes active when price trades through the entry, and it is closed when a target or the stop is reached, or it expires. Every closed result, wins and losses, is shown on the track record page (/track-record). These are educational ideas, not investment advice, and past results do not guarantee future results.

How is the track record measured?

Entry is a strict limit order: a long fills when price trades at or below the entry, a short when it trades at or above. Ideas that never reach their entry are not trades and are counted separately, not in the totals. Inside one candle the stop counts before any target, and on the candle where the entry fills only the stop is checked. Results use the entry as fill price and the level itself as exit. No fees, spread or slippage are included. Totals show closed results, win rate, profit factor and the summed percentage move. Fewer than 100 closed results is labelled an early sample. The page shows all-time and the last 30 days, never a hand-picked period.

What do the plans cost?

Your first 3 analyses are free. Paid plans are billed monthly: Lite $19.99 (2 analyses per day), Standard $49.99 (5 per day), Plus $99.99 (15 per day) and Unlimited $499 (no daily limit, fair use). A yearly plan costs ten times the monthly price, so two months are free. Prices are in US dollars. Where taxes such as VAT must be charged, they are shown at checkout before you pay. The current figures are always on /plans.

Which payment methods can I use?

Card payments (via Stripe) are a subscription: billed monthly and renewed automatically until you cancel. PayPal and cryptocurrency buy a single access period (30 days for a monthly plan, 365 days for a yearly plan) and do not renew by themselves. To continue, pay again before the period ends. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed on the blockchain, so check the currency, address and amount carefully. In the mobile apps, purchases go through the app store only.

Is there a discount for new customers?

If you have never paid for ChartViews before, your first monthly purchase is 10% cheaper with card, PayPal or crypto. It applies to the first month only, not to renewals, later purchases or yearly plans. Two days after sign-up, if you have not bought yet, you may see a 20% offer that is open for 72 hours; it is shown in your dashboard and taken off at checkout with no code. Both prices are shown before you pay.

Where do I find my receipt or invoice?

After a successful payment you receive a receipt by e-mail with the amount, plan and the date your access runs to. Card payments also produce a Stripe receipt, and PayPal sends its own confirmation. If you need an invoice with specific company details, write to support@chartviews.ai from your account address and name the payment date and method. Payment records are kept for the period tax and accounting law requires (up to 7 years).

How do I cancel?

Card subscriptions: cancel in Settings or on /cancel, which works without a login. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again. PayPal and crypto purchases do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel; access simply ends on its end date. You may tell us why you cancel (too expensive, not using it, missing feature, signal quality, technical problem, other). It is optional and never delays or blocks the cancellation.

Can I get a refund?

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. At checkout you confirm that access starts immediately; if you withdraw after that, you pay a proportionate amount for the days already used and we refund the rest. To withdraw, write to support@chartviews.ai or use /cancel. We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, with the same payment method. Crypto is refunded in the same asset to a wallet address you give us. Outside those regions, refunds are decided case by case; write to support and we review fairly. Question 12

My payment failed. What now?

Accepted Answer

Check the card details and available balance, try another card or PayPal, and make sure your bank did not block an international payment. A repeated failure on a renewal keeps your access until the paid period ends; update the card in Settings or buy again on /plans. If you were charged but have no access, write to support@chartviews.ai with the payment date and method. Do not open a chargeback first: we resolve this quickly.

Why can I not run more analyses today?

Free accounts have 3 analyses in total. Paid plans reset every day: Lite 2, Standard 5, Plus 15, Unlimited no limit (fair use). Inviting friends earns bonus analyses: when a friend signs up and runs a first analysis, you both get 2 (up to 10 friends). Your invite link is in Settings. In the iOS app every account has one free analysis per day.

Is there an app?

ChartViews AI is available as an Android app on Google Play, an iOS app, and every analysis also works in the browser at chartviews.ai. See /get-the-app for the current store links. In the iOS app the service is free with one analysis per day and nothing can be bought in it; plans are not offered there. Sign in with the same account everywhere. Question 15

I cannot sign in or forgot my password

Accepted Answer

Use Forgot password on the login page; a reset link arrives within minutes (check spam). If you signed up with Google or Apple, use that button instead of a password. New accounts must confirm their e-mail address with the link we send. You can ask for a new one on the login screen. After several wrong passwords an account is locked for a short time. Still stuck? Is there two-factor authentication?

Two-factor authentication (an authenticator app) is currently required for our administrator accounts. It is not yet available for member accounts. Member accounts are protected by hashed passwords, rate limits and lockouts, e-mail confirmation, or Google and Apple sign-in. Use a unique password and keep your e-mail account secure. We will announce member 2FA here when it is available. If you suspect someone else used your account, change your password and write to support@chartviews.ai.

Question 17

How do I delete my account?

Open /delete-account while signed in and follow the steps. Your profile, analysis history, watchlist and journal are deleted. Records we must keep by law, such as payment records for tax and accounting, are retained for the legal period only. Cancel any card subscription first so it does not renew; deleting does not by itself refund a period already paid.

What happens to my chart screenshots and data?

Screenshots are sent over an encrypted connection to our AI provider (Anthropic, or OpenAI if administrators switch providers) to produce the report. Images are not stored as files; the report stays in your history until you delete it or the account. Server logs are kept up to 30 days. Payment records up to 7 years. Marketing e-mail is sent only if you opted in, and every such mail has an unsubscribe link. How does the partner program work?

Apply on /affiliate. Approved partners get a tracking link and earn a recurring commission on eligible payments of members they refer, for as long as those members stay subscribed. The current rate and minimum payout are on that page. Commissions are paid in USDT on request once approved commissions reach the minimum. You earn nothing on your own purchases, and misleading promotion or income claims are not allowed; see /affiliate/terms. Partners track clicks, signups and payouts in their dashboard.
