Affiliate Programme Terms

You must be at least 18 years old, have a ChartViews account in good standing, and be legally able to receive payments where you live. Applications are reviewed by hand. We may ask for more information about your audience and channels, and we may accept or decline an application at our discretion without giving a reason. You may not take part if you are a current ChartViews employee or contractor, or if a previous partner account of yours was terminated.

Your referral link is active only while your partner status is "approved". A draft or submitted application does not earn commission.

You earn 20% of the revenue we actually collect from each member you refer, on every payment they make, for as long as they remain a paying member. The basis is the amount received in US dollars after the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. Taxes, payment-provider fees, discounts and free periods are not revenue and earn nothing.

Commission is credited to your partner ledger, which is the only record of your balance. Where we have agreed a different rate with you in writing, that rate is recorded as a plan on your account and shown in your dashboard; it continues to apply for the period stated in the agreement.

We do not promise any level of earnings. Your results depend on your audience and on what referred members decide to buy.

If a payment is refunded, charged back, disputed, reversed or otherwise not kept by us, the commission earned on it is reversed in your ledger in the same proportion. If the commission has already been paid out, the reversal reduces your next payout. Payments made in cryptocurrency are not refundable, so their commission is not reversed unless the payment turns out to be fraudulent.

New commission is held as "pending" for 14 days after the payment, which covers the usual refund and dispute window. After the hold it becomes "approved" and counts towards your available balance. Only approved commission can be requested for payout.

A referral is attributed to the partner whose link the user clicked last within 30 days before creating an account or, if the user has no referral yet, before their first payment. We record the click with a cookie and in the browser's local storage, and confirm the referral on our servers. Once a user is attributed, the attribution does not change. Users who already have an account and no referral are attributed only at their first payment. We cannot attribute a user whose browser blocked the cookie and the stored code.

You may not earn commission on your own purchases. Referrals of your own account, of accounts using your e-mail address in another form, or paid with a payment method already linked to you are blocked and not credited.

You must not:

• send unsolicited messages (spam) by e-mail, SMS, direct message or comment;
• make misleading, false or unverifiable claims about ChartViews, its features or results;
• promise or imply income, trading profits or financial outcomes from using ChartViews or from the programme;
• bid on "ChartViews", "Chartviews.ai" or misspellings of them in paid search or paid social, or use them in ad display URLs;
• present yourself as ChartViews, use our name or logo as your own, or register domains or accounts that imply you are us;
• distribute coupon or discount codes you were not given, or run coupon or cashback sites that intercept checkouts;
• use iframes, redirects, pop-unders, cookie stuffing, bots or any method that creates clicks or referrals without a real user's choice;
• promote CFD trading, leveraged products, partner brokers or broker bonuses and incentives on our behalf, or present such offers as part of ChartViews or of the programme;
• promote on pages with illegal, hateful or adult content, or to anyone under 18.

ChartViews is an educational tool. Your promotion must not describe it as financial advice or as a sure way to make money.

Wherever you share your referral link you must make clear that you earn a commission, in a place a reader sees before clicking. A visible "#ad", "affiliate link" or "I earn a commission if you subscribe through this link" is enough. Where you are paid or given a benefit to promote ChartViews, you must label that promotion clearly as advertising (for example "Ad" or "Paid partnership") as the rules of your country and platform require. Hiding the disclosure behind a click, in a bio or in small print at the bottom of a page does not meet this requirement. You are responsible for following the advertising and consumer rules that apply to you and your audience.

Payouts are made in USDT on the following networks: Ethereum (ERC-20), Tron (TRC-20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20). You choose the network and wallet address in your dashboard. The minimum payout is USD 100 of approved balance. One payout request may be open at a time.

Every payout request is reviewed by hand. We check the balance again at approval and may ask for identity or channel information before paying. We aim to pay approved requests within a reasonable time after approval, and we show the transaction hash in your dashboard once sent. Network fees charged by the blockchain are deducted from the payout.

You are responsible for giving us a correct wallet address on the right network. A payment sent to the address you supplied is final; we cannot recover funds sent to a wrong or incompatible address. For your protection, changing the address requires your password and starts a short waiting period during which no payout can be requested.

You are solely responsible for your own taxes, duties and reporting on what you earn; we do not withhold or pay them for you unless the law requires it. Where we or the law require it, you must provide an invoice or tax information before a payout is released. We may withhold or report amounts where the law obliges us to.

Before a payout we may ask you to verify your identity (know-your-customer information) and the origin of your channels. We may refuse, delay or reverse a payout to any person who is subject to sanctions, who is located in or ordinarily resident in a sanctioned country or territory, or whose wallet is linked to sanctioned activity, and we may freeze the balance where the law requires it. We are not liable for delays caused by such checks.

We may suspend your partner account while we investigate a suspected breach of these Programme Terms. During a suspension your link stays inactive and payouts are paused. We may terminate your participation, with the reason stated in your dashboard, if you breach these Programme Terms, if your ChartViews account is closed, if we receive fraud or abuse complaints, or if we close the programme.

On termination for breach, pending commission is cancelled and we may withhold the approved balance to cover refunds, chargebacks and damages caused by the breach. On termination for any other reason, your approved balance above the minimum is paid out on request; smaller balances are paid once the hold period for the last commission has passed. You may leave the programme at any time by contacting support; the same balance rules apply.

We may change the commission rate, the hold period, the attribution window, the minimum payout, the supported networks or these Programme Terms. Changes apply only to payments made after the change takes effect; they are never applied to commission already earned. Rates agreed with you in writing for a stated period are honoured for that period. We will show the current version in your dashboard and notify you by e-mail or in-app before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use your link after that date means you accept the change.

To run the programme we process the information in your application, your wallet address and network, your referral link clicks (including a hashed IP address and the landing page), the referrals and payments linked to your code, and your ledger and payout history. Referred members' e-mail addresses are shown to you only in masked form. Full details are in our Privacy Policy. You must not collect personal data from referred users beyond what is needed to share your link, and you must have a lawful basis for any marketing you send.

You take part as an independent party. Nothing here creates an employment, agency or partnership relationship, and you may not make commitments on our behalf. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability under these Programme Terms is limited to the approved commission that is due to you and unpaid.

These Programme Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates and the relevant rules applicable to entities registered in Ajman Free Zone. Where required, the licensee must obtain approvals or permits from the relevant UAE government authorities.
