Can I get a refund?

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. At checkout you confirm that access starts immediately; if you withdraw after that, you pay a proportionate amount for the days already used and we refund the rest.

To withdraw, write to support@chartviews.ai or use /cancel. We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, with the same payment method. Crypto is refunded in the same asset to a wallet address you give us.

Outside those regions, refunds are decided case by case; write to support and we review fairly. Renewals charged in error after a timely cancellation are reviewed and corrected. Full wording: Terms of Service, sections 8 and 9.
