What happens to my chart screenshots and data?
Processing, retention and providers.
Screenshots are sent over an encrypted connection to our AI provider (Anthropic, or OpenAI if administrators switch providers) to produce the report. Images are not stored as files; the report stays in your history until you delete it or the account.
Server logs are kept up to 30 days. Payment records up to 7 years. Marketing e-mail is sent only if you opted in, and every such mail has an unsubscribe link.
