Forex chart analysis

Forex chart analysis with levels, sessions and risk in one report

Forex is a market of pairs: you are always judging one currency against another, across sessions that open and close around the world. A useful analysis has to cover trend, structure and levels, and it has to say where the idea fails. ChartViews AI reads a screenshot of any pair and returns a structured eight-module report. It does not tell you what to trade, and it cannot see the news that arrives after your screenshot.

What the report adds to a forex chart

Upload a chart of a major, a cross or a metal such as gold or silver, on the timeframe you trade. The report describes price action and momentum, the market structure and the trend it forms, key support and resistance and Fibonacci zones, the volatility envelope from Bollinger Bands and liquidity zones where stops tend to sit. It adds a macro module with events and sentiment to check, a directional bias of long, short or wait, and a trade plan with entry, stop-loss, targets, risk-to-reward and a confidence score.

The market guides cover major pairs such as EUR/USD, GBP/USD and USD/JPY, crosses such as EUR/GBP and GBP/JPY, and gold and silver, with the sessions and drivers that matter for each.

    Sessions, news and spreads

Forex trades five days a week across the Asian, London and New York sessions, and liquidity and volatility change as they overlap. Many pairs move most when London and New York are both open. Scheduled events such as central bank decisions and employment reports can move a pair sharply within seconds, and spreads widen around them. A chart read that ignores the calendar is incomplete, so check it before you hold a position.

    • Look at the pair on a higher timeframe before you trade a lower one.
    • Know which session you trade and when the major releases fall.
    • Account for the spread and for slippage when you place the stop.
    • Remember that currency pairs are correlated: two trades can be one bet.

    Leverage and position size

Leverage is what makes forex risky for retail traders. A small move against a leveraged position can be a large share of the account. The report gives a stop and a risk-to-reward, but the size is yours to calculate: decide the percentage of the account you will risk, measure the distance to the stop and divide. The position sizing guide on the blog shows the arithmetic.

    What to expect, honestly

Analysis can be wrong. An AI can misread a busy chart and cannot predict the market. Think of the report as a structured second opinion that asks the questions you might skip when you are in a hurry. It is educational and not financial advice. Trading foreign exchange and CFDs carries a high level of risk and you can lose more than you expect.

    Frequently asked questions

Which forex pairs can I analyze?
Any pair you can screenshot, including majors, crosses, gold and silver. The market guides cover the most traded ones in more detail.
Does the analysis consider news events?
The macro module lists catalysts and sentiment to check, but it cannot see news that broke after your screenshot. Check the economic calendar yourself before trading.
Does it give entry and stop-loss levels?
Yes. The trade plan module states an entry, a stop-loss, targets and the risk-to-reward for the scenario it describes, along with what would invalidate it.
    Will it make me profitable?
No tool can promise that. It structures your analysis. Most retail accounts lose money trading leveraged products, so manage risk carefully.
    Is it free to try?
The first 3 analyses are free with no card needed.
