Is there two-factor authentication?
Currently only for administrators; how we protect your account.
Two-factor authentication (an authenticator app) is currently required for our administrator accounts. It is not yet available for member accounts.
Member accounts are protected by hashed passwords, rate limits and lockouts, e-mail confirmation, or Google and Apple sign-in. Use a unique password and keep your e-mail account secure.
We will announce member 2FA here when it is available. If you suspect someone else used your account, change your password and write to support@chartviews.ai.
