Where do I find my receipt or invoice?

After a successful payment you receive a receipt by e-mail with the amount, plan and the date your access runs to. Card payments also produce a Stripe receipt, and PayPal sends its own confirmation.

If you need an invoice with specific company details, write to support@chartviews.ai from your account address and name the payment date and method.

Payment records are kept for the period tax and accounting law requires (up to 7 years).
