To help us answer quickly, include the email address on your account and, if the question is about a specific analysis, the market and timeframe you uploaded.

Your account
Sign in and open Settings to update your details or review your plan.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes your analysis history.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed from your account. If a payment or renewal looks wrong, email support@chartviews.ai with the date and amount and we will look into it.
